I'm a Senior Risk Management Officer at EthSwitch, strengthening risk management across financial services and national payment systems.
Previously, I served as a Risk Management Officer and junior risk officer at the National Bank of Ethiopia, where I built experience across strategic, operational, technology, compliance, and financial risk.
I've led enterprise risk assessments for strategic technology initiatives, developed ISO 31000-aligned risk registers, and conducted Control Self-Assessments across business and support functions.
I prepare quarterly risk review and monitoring reports for Executive Management and the Board Risk Committee, establish Key Risk Indicators, and facilitate cross-functional workshops that strengthen risk culture while enabling innovation and growth.
