Returned to CS&P by invitation for a permanent role to support high-performance Revit/ACC delivery across retail rollouts and high-rise residential documentation. Produces coordinated, OBC-compliant drawing sets and developed custom Revit API tools to automate documentation workflows.

Instruct 35+ students per section in Revit, parametric families, model coordination, and construction-level detailing, replicating real-world BIM office environments.

Led design development through permit for high-end custom residential projects up to 20,000 sq ft / $5M+ CAD, from concept to municipal submission. Produced comprehensive Revit drawing packages and OBC-compliant construction detailing sets, and managed municipal approval processes.

Redesigned course syllabi to integrate BIM tools and contemporary professional practice into studio-based learning, improving student readiness for industry. Led hands-on construction workshops with first-year students covering budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution.

Digitized heritage and institutional buildings using FARO S70 laser scanner, GeoSLAM, DJI drone, and Matterport for accurate Scan-to-BIM as-built documentation. Tutored 5 advanced students in Revit, BIM workflows, and design studio coursework.

Developed full permit and tender drawing packages for residential additions, ensuring alignment with Toronto Zoning By-laws and OBC Part 9. Conducted feasibility studies and schematic designs for residential renovations.

Participated in all project phases, from feasibility studies through construction detailing, for residential, commercial, healthcare, and educational facilities. Delivered full construction drawing packages in AutoCAD and Revit alongside 3D visualization sets.

Contributed to development of 200,000+ m² across residential, institutional, educational, and public infrastructure projects, from concept through construction documents. Produced as-built survey drawings and detailed Revit models for 7+ healthcare facilities.
