At JSW Steel, I support refractory maintenance planning and material requirements for steel plant operations. I coordinate inventory availability, consumption tracking, and maintenance needs to help keep activities running without interruption.

I create purchase requisitions and monitor purchase orders through SAP MM, while processing GRNs and SRNs to maintain accurate procurement records. I also prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and MIS reports in Microsoft Excel to support planning decisions.

I executed refractory material planning for a 5 MTPA steel plant and prepared maintenance plans for SMS#3 EAF and ZPF. I developed a Power Apps-based stock management solution for tracking opening stock, receipts, consumption, and balance.

My internship at RHI Magnesita gave me exposure to refractory raw materials, manufacturing processes, quality management, laboratory work, and physical and chemical testing using XRF and XRD.
