What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced organization where I can own C-suite calendars, manage complex domestic/international travel and expenses, and produce polished PowerPoint/reporting while coordinating confidential meetings and events.

I’m a Virtual Executive Assistant and Founder/Owner helping C-Suite leaders stay focused by keeping calendars tight, communications moving, and travel flawlessly organized. Since October 2024, I’ve maintained email inboxes for multiple executives, scheduled board calls and client meetings, and built PowerPoint presentations for confidential investor and executive updates.

Over more than a decade in executive support, I’ve managed complex domestic/international itineraries (including visa/passport coordination), planned corporate and client events, and coordinated project work and deadlines. I’ve also supported system implementations like Concur into travel/expense processes, run expense workflows in Concur/iExpense, and delivered polished reporting using tools like Excel, Oracle reports, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
