I help SaaS teams running Kafka in production stop data corruption under retries/replays and ship fast, correct analytics. If KPIs change after replays, late events duplicates inflate counts, or dashboards become inconsistent, I can bring order back to the event flow.

I run a fixed-scope Kafka Reliability Sprint (10 business days) covering idempotency & dedupe strategy, DLQ/retry policies, consumer tuning, a replay runbook, and an observability checklist. For analytics, my CQRS Analytics Sprint (10 business days) moves Kafka → projectors → Mongo materialized views → a reporting API blueprint + rebuild plan.

I’m a Solutions Architect with experience as a Software Architect at Triaxa-FZCO and previously as a Project Manager at Tech Mahindra, including handling State Bank Of India projects through the Tech Mahindra service provider. My stack includes Kafka, Spring Boot, WebFlux/Reactor, MongoDB, and microservices, with a focus on preventing consumer lag/backpressure incidents and keeping OLTP impact low.
