I’m a results-driven Finance & Operations professional with a strong record of leading financial statement analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and treasury functions. I combine strategic planning with disciplined execution to improve accuracy, efficiency, and bottom-line performance.

In my most recent role as a Credentialing Specialist, I create and maintain licensing/credentials and manage compliance research and HIPAA-aligned information release. I also handle prime source verification (state license, DEA, board certification) and monitor applications through payer follow-ups until “in network” status confirmation.

Previously at MyCart Private Limited, I served as Manager Finance cum Operations, where I was accountable for developing budgets and strategic plans, monitoring monthly results vs. budget, reconciling variances, and managing bank account operations. I also delivered process optimization through audits (including inventory surprise audits), feasibility analysis, and reporting that helped teams eliminate operational challenges.

Earlier, as an Assistant Branch Manager cum Credit Controller and a Senior Executive (Accounts and Finance), I led risk controls, credit recovery planning, accounts receivable management, bank reconciliations, budgeting, month-end reporting, and audit support. I’m motivated by building strong cross-functional relationships, training teams, and implementing scalable systems (including QuickBooks/SAP/Oracle and finance reporting mechanisms) that strengthen internal controls and reduce financial risk.
