Technical Lead at IQVIA RDS connecting Microsoft Copilot to enterprise systems through MCP initiatives.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At IQVIA RDS, I lead enterprise application delivery and AI enablement, including MCP initiatives that connect Microsoft Copilot with business systems and knowledge repositories. I published the Q2 DevOps Assistant using the official Azure DevOps MCP tool, without needing a standalone MCP server.
For the Logistics Analytics Management Hub, I investigated billing reconciliation bottlenecks affecting approximately $15M in revenue processing and implemented Azure alerts and dashboards for proactive monitoring.
