I’m seeking a Remote Medical Scribe / Clinical Assistant role supporting U.S.-based physicians, focused on fast, accurate SOAP and telemedicine documentation that improves physician workflow efficiency and supports clinical decision-making.

I’m an MBBS graduate with continuous clinical practice since January 2024, including 13+ months of high-volume work in a tertiary teaching hospital where I documented 20–30 patient encounters daily across multiple attending physicians. I specialize in real-time SOAP documentation, HPI, ROS, physical examination findings, and Assessment & Plan notes, with U.S. medical terminology and ICD-10 documentation principles.

I also bring EMR/EHR workflow experience and telemedicine charting to support physician documentation efficiency and clinical decision-making.
