Priyanka Kejriwal

I’m a Manager at a Chartered Accountants firm, with experience spanning statutory, tax, and GST audits, plus accounting and compliance work. I started as an Article Assistant (Feb 2017–Feb 2020) and then progressed to Manager (Apr 2020–Nov 2024), building a strong end-to-end understanding of audits and reporting.

I maintain books of accounts as per applicable statutes and support finalization of Annual Financial Statements. My work includes vouching and scrutiny of book of accounts, reconciliation of taxes (including GST reconciliation with GSTR 2A), and ensuring compliance across TDS, PF, and GST.

I prepare and file Income tax, TDS, and GST returns, and I’ve handled preparation and filing of statutory forms under Companies Act’2013 such as Forms AOC-4 and MGT-9. I also contribute to audits—internal, statutory, tax, and GST audit of companies and firms—and prepare statutory audit reports, including pre and post-audit discussions with clients.

I’ve assisted and executed and monitored audit staff teams, balancing accuracy with deadlines and client communication. Alongside this, I bring tools and exposure from Tally Accounting Software, basic QuickBooks knowledge, and MS Office, supported by compulsory computer training and orientation from ICAI.
