At NBCUniversal, I built end-to-end integrations between SAP ECC, SAP cloud solutions, and non-SAP systems using APIs, OData, IDocs, SOAP, REST, SFTP, and event-based messaging. I also led Trading Partner Management using SAP Integration Advisor, reducing manual reconciliation errors by 40%.

At BT Group, I was part of the SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation, supporting pre- and post-go-live work and production issue analysis. I built around 20 end-to-end integrations, supported around 30 more, and implemented CPI automations that reduced manual error handling by 80%.
