At Infosys Limited, I built a Snowflake sales and inventory analytics platform for a retail chain, using Snowpipe to bring data latency from 24 hours to under 15 minutes. I also developed dbt models and Power BI datasets to standardize retail reporting.
I used Snowflake Cortex AI functions to analyze customer reviews and support tickets, and built a Cortex AI assistant with Cortex Search, vector embeddings, Cortex COMPLETE and Streamlit in Snowflake. Store managers could query product and policy documents in plain English.
Across healthcare and insurance projects, I migrated claims and patient data to Snowflake and developed data warehouses for policy and claims reporting. My work included dbt models, incremental loads, and access controls for sensitive healthcare data.
