Pratik Kothari

I’m a software engineering leader with a strong foundation in Computer Science and Engineering, currently pursuing my B.Tech with a CGPA of 8.71. I aim to build a long-term career with real opportunities for growth while delivering value to the organization.

In my earlier role as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, I worked as an Oracle Apps Projects Functional Consultant for a client in NBN Co, resolving incidents, problem tickets, and service requests while partnering with the development team for enhancements.

At Vitrana, I served as a Lead Software Technologist, building healthcare products using Oracle Argus Safety and Oracle PL/SQL. I developed ETL with Argus as the source and our product as the target, created packages/procedures/triggers/functions, ran validation cycles, fixed issues, and led end-to-end implementation of “Quadrants” at Otsuka, including CRP, UAT, and production deployment. I also conducted client demos and training workshops and handled releases every 6 months while leading a team of 5–6 members.

As a Manager at Capgemini India Private Limited, I lead requirements gathering and help drive delivery for data unification efforts. For clients like Pizza Hut and Taco Bell, I work on data transformation and data orchestration in Oracle PL/SQL, and I’ve also led Power BI reporting work for Abbott Healthcare, including building wireframes for a Mobile Security Dashboard.
