At Amazon Payments, I spearheaded the Amazon Reward Externalization workstream, building a self-service platform for advertisers (sellers, merchants, vendors, and brands) to independently manage their reward campaigns. I engineered authentication, authorization, and user registration, and ensured seamless integration with legacy systems.

I’ve consistently improved operational efficiency and business outcomes by mitigating bottlenecks and standardizing payment instruments for payment-restricted rewards. My work helped drive projections like scaling rewards registered development and project merchants and improving core metrics such as redemption rates and customer experience.

I’m hands-on with full-stack implementation—React JS, Java, AWS services (RDS, DynamoDB, ElasticSearch), and REST APIs—along with deeper problem-solving in areas like scratchcard rewards, localization, and Search Engine tokenization. I enjoy leading cross-functional teams and building technical capabilities that unlock long-term scalability.
