What I'm looking for

I'm seeking compliance, financial reporting, or NBFC finance opportunities in Mumbai or Navi Mumbai, and I'm open to relocation. I want to apply my FATCA/CRS, RBI and SEBI compliance experience to accurate, actionable regulatory outcomes.

I lead end-to-end FATCA/CRS compliance and reporting for around 40 financial institution clients at BBSR & Associates, from onboarding and classification through XML generation, portal filing, remediation, and authority responses.

Previously, at L&T Finance Limited, I managed financial reporting and RBI regulatory returns for an RBI-registered NBFC-Upper Layer. I prepared Ind-AS and Schedule III financial statements, Tier I and Tier II capital calculations, NPA provisioning, and inspection support while coordinating with auditors and cross-functional teams.

Across NBFC finance, audit, and taxation roles, I've translated RBI and SEBI changes into practical compliance requirements, strengthened SOPs and internal controls, and supported accurate regulatory filings.
