What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my finance reporting, budgeting, audit, and data analysis experience in a role focused on better decision-making, process improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

At Hero MotoCorp, I managed budgeting, cost center accounting, MIS reporting, vendor billing, payroll, and employee car leasing operations to support informed leadership decisions.

I co-headed a Fixed Asset Register audit covering assets worth over Rs. 450 crores across PAN India, coordinating 20,000+ line items and achieving 100% physical asset verification. I served as the core liaison between external auditors and location SPOCs, reconciled physical findings with book records, and presented final audit insights to senior management.

I've also managed 330+ employee car lease cases annually, from rental payments through foreclosure, while partnering with Finance, Legal, HR, vendors, and other stakeholders to improve compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
