At Hexaware Technologies, I contribute to an insurance policy management platform for Domestic and General, using Salesforce FSC and OmniStudio. I develop guided customer journeys with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Procedures.
I enhanced a Payment Gateway LWC component that renders a Sycurio iframe to securely capture Billing Account details. I also integrated Paysafe payments and Vertex tax calculations, and replaced legacy Sdocs document generation with Quadient using REST API callouts.
I redesigned Plan Creation discount logic from a static 20% discount to a model based on channel, plan type, appliance age, and merchandise type, helping 40% more customers qualify. In my Health Force portfolio project, I built patient search and appointment booking journeys using OmniStudio and LWC.
