I am a Senior Manual & Automation Test Engineer with 6+ years of experience across Telecom and Banking domains, focused on OSS/BSS, billing, CRM-ordering and service assurance projects. I combine strong client-facing skills with deep hands-on testing experience, from test planning to defect triage.

I have built data-driven and keyword-driven automation frameworks for REST API validation using Rest Assured, Postman, Maven, TestNG and Apache POI, and automated regression and sanity suites with Newman and Jenkins. I also have experience with Selenium for GUI automation and extensive database and backend testing using SQL and Unix tools.
