What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply data analytics to business and real estate, particularly market trends, property analysis, and investment insights, in a collaborative, data-driven environment where I can deliver practical, user-focused solutions.

I've supported investment decision-making at PL Capital – Prabhudas Lilladher by analysing equity market trends, financial data, risks, and opportunities.

Through real estate sales and customer analytics, I've cleaned property data with Python and pandas, used SQL to identify sales and customer trends, and built an interactive Power BI dashboard for pricing and customer-preference insights.

I've also analysed bank loan applications and portfolio performance, evaluating funded amounts, received amounts, good/bad loan classifications, and financial KPIs through Power BI dashboards.

I'm an MBA student in Finance and Business Analytics interested in applying analytics to business and real estate, especially market trends, property analysis, and investment insights.
