Own end-to-end ETL for the Netezza enterprise data warehouse and Amazon Redshift CRM database, designing, coding, and tuning DataStage jobs and SQL. Provide technical leadership to contract developers and support business-critical eCommerce feeds for BOPIS/BOSS fulfillment.

Developed DataStage jobs for the Netezza enterprise data warehouse and Redshift CRM, including XML integration with Flooid POS and S3-to-Redshift loading. Built outbound feeds to retail partners and supported eCommerce order fulfillment.

Migrated mainframe COBOL ETL for package performance reporting to DataStage on Linux, proving parity through regression testing. Served as sole ETL developer for SEAS releases and built near-real-time feeds for peak season.

Architected a partial rewrite of the legacy Associate Contribution Report, designing DataStage source-to-staging jobs and parallel Teradata SQL loads. Led a team of three and profiled undocumented legacy source systems.

Cut the Cost Integration process for the enterprise profitability system from 7 hours to 1.5 hours through performance tuning. Built DataStage modules feeding PeopleSoft GL, AR, and Retail Notes, and developed CDC and Teradata temporal-table loads.

Designed Customer Data Integration loads consolidating enterprise customer data into a single view using Teradata FastLoad and MultiLoad. Built BTEQ ELT cross-referencing transactions and migrated marketing data marts to the EDW.

Developed DataStage feeds for the Telstra EDW Transformation, loading Customer Care and Billing data, and migrated BigPond Mobile Services reporting to Teradata. Reviewed team members' ETL jobs and created Control-M runbooks.
