What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead procurement, after-sales, service, or maintenance operations where I can combine technical equipment knowledge with vendor management, cost control, and operational planning.

I'm currently overseeing quotation sourcing, vendor negotiation, spare-parts procurement, and preventive maintenance for Najmat Al Fawares' villa construction projects in Dubai, including the 12-villa Al Rabeyah residential development.

Previously, I led after-sales operations for Arian Capital Group's JAC Commercial Trucks, Hitachi Construction Equipment, and XGMA businesses, managing workshops, warranty claims, parts planning, dealer networks, CRM, service KPIs, and OPEX/CAPEX planning. My experience also includes sales and service leadership at Pars Loaders, regional technical support at DEUTZ AG, and field service for Komatsu equipment.

I bring a technical, cost-aware approach to purchasing decisions through hands-on diesel-engine diagnostics, maintenance planning, warranty inspection, and equipment troubleshooting.
