At Mercedes-Benz R&D India, I contribute to a finance data platform with 100+ pipelines supporting 35–40 business units. I develop Databricks-based finance data marts for monthly reporting and maintain their Delta Lake and Unity Catalog operations.
I also enhance a metadata-driven data modeling and ETL framework adopted by approximately 10 data engineering teams. Using PySpark, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory, I extended its capabilities and developed unit tests.
Earlier at Mercedes-Benz R&D India, I developed ingestion pipelines with Spark, Scala, and Azure Data Factory, along with automated tests for data quality. I supported production issues and deployments across these engagements.
At Deloitte India, I developed Azure data lake and analytics solutions and data engineering and predictive modeling work for business units in Personal and Health Care. I also contributed to migrating workloads from Azure HDInsight to Azure Databricks and developed automated validation and reporting.
