At Uber, I’m improving core infrastructure reliability and developing AIOps for diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues. I built a LangChain-based AI agent with runbooks for context collection; it handles 40% of incidents without escalation and has reduced RCA time from days to minutes.

I led the implementation of Cilium CNI for production workloads across cloud and on-premises Kubernetes clusters, supporting 256K nodes and 1.2M pods. I also delivered RDMA-enabled GCP VPC infrastructure for NVIDIA B200 AI/ML workload clusters.

At Cisco, I co-architected SDWAN multi-cloud networking solutions connecting enterprise sites and data centers to AWS, Azure, and GCP. Earlier, at VMware, I delivered secure messaging for NSX-T and developed a Kafka-based real-time data ingestion pipeline for NSX Intelligence.
