I've delivered finance business partnering, FP&A, and reward strategy across PayInc, Metropolitan Life, Liberty Africa Insurance, and Discovery Health. I turn workforce costs, budgets, forecasts, and performance data into decision support for Exco, CFO, and Human Capital stakeholders.
At Metropolitan Life, I designed a national discretionary remuneration framework across seven distribution channels and automated remuneration models in two weeks through an integrated calculator. I also built a digital worksite-tracking tool, led reward training across five channels, and partnered with leaders on risk monitoring, fraud detection, VNB growth, and branch profitability.
Across Liberty Africa and Discovery Health, I've led budgeting, consolidation, reporting automation, balance sheet management, IT project costing, and cross-border finance work spanning South Africa, Malawi, Botswana, and Tanzania. I'm seeking a remote UK-based finance role where I can bring technical rigour and commercial impact to a new market.
