What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a legal role where I can draft and review opinions, manage filings, and perform due diligence in complex cases—building deeper expertise in litigation and precatórios with mentorship and practical growth.

I’m a Junior Associate focused on precatórios, supporting credit assignment transactions through careful due diligence, judicial-calculation work, and document drafting. Since March 2025, I’ve been drafting and reviewing legal opinions and tax clearance certificate opinions while issuing debt clearance certificates and monitoring court proceedings.

Before stepping into my current role, I built strong litigation and legal-writing foundations through internships and volunteer work. I drafted legal opinions for the Office of the Chief Prosecutor and prepared judicial appeals, and I supported civil litigation by drafting documents, managing internal case-management systems, and communicating with clients.

I’m also committed to continuous improvement in legal communication and research. My undergraduate thesis explored the liability of social media platforms for user-generated content in light of Brazilian Supreme Court themes, and I’ve completed training such as a Legal Writing Workshop and “Instrumental Legal English.”
