At BNP Paribas CIB, I manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Debt Capital Markets transactions, coordinating booking, closing, and monitoring for bonds, private placements, and syndicated loans.

I optimize KYC and client onboarding workflows while coordinating regulatory, governance, and due-diligence requirements. I work with Investment Grade and Leveraged Finance teams, Private Equity sponsors, legal counsel, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders to identify compliance and operational risks affecting debt issuances and leveraged buyouts.

Previously, I supported AML/CTF onboarding assessments and scheduled reviews for Commercial Corporate Banking clients at BNP Paribas CIB. I reviewed client documentation, ownership structures, source of funds, business activity, sanctions, PEP/RCA, and adverse-information screenings, escalating true alerts for further investigation.

My background in International Relations, Security and Defense, and Political Science supports a careful, risk-informed approach to complex financial and regulatory environments. I also contribute to new-joiner training and ESG data validation for accurate sustainability disclosures.
