At Amdocs, I own and prioritize the feature backlog for B2B telecom and BSS products, aligning customer needs with the product roadmap and architectural direction.
I define feature scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Program Increment planning. I also use SQL to analyse product and operational data and support data-driven backlog prioritisation.
I work with architects, engineering, QA, Professional Services, and Managed Services teams across India, the UK, Ireland, and Mexico to turn feedback into product improvements. I manage release activities from scope alignment and code cut-off through versioning and stakeholder communication.
Before becoming Scrum Product Owner, I was a Senior Software Developer and Software Developer at Amdocs. I delivered features, mentored developers, conducted code reviews, resolved performance bottlenecks, and collaborated on feature integration and delivery.
