At Children's Hospital Colorado, I lead the data operations behind roughly 10,000 pediatric genetic tests annually, ingesting 3–10 TB of sequencing data each week while maintaining lineage, quality control, and compliance under CLIA/CAP and HIPAA.
I've built production genomic and transcriptomic pipelines, architected a Snowflake variant database spanning trillions of records, and developed multi-cloud genomics processing solutions across Azure and AWS. My PhD work in whole-cell modeling and postdoctoral work on PhenoComb connect hands-on data engineering with computational biology, single-cell analysis, and clinical delivery.
