What I'm looking for

I'm drawn to environments where precision, clear communication, and organised execution directly affect outcomes. I value work coordinating complex projects in regulated clinical and research settings, and I’m comfortable building processes from scratch as priorities shift.

At FutureMeds, I coordinated multiple concurrent clinical studies, keeping timelines, documentation workflows, and communication on track across internal teams, site staff, and external vendors. I built recruitment and coordination workflows from scratch, maintaining project tracking in CTMS and ClinLife as study scope evolved.

I also routed files through review and sign-off, ensured they were filed in the eTMF per applicable SOPs, and flagged discrepancies for resolution. I developed participant-facing trial materials and monitored timelines, escalating risks to study leadership when workstreams were at risk of falling behind.

At Stress in Action, I coordinated recruitment, scheduling, follow-up, and reimbursement across studies. I processed and quality-checked ECG and HRV biosignal datasets via VU-AMS, flagged anomalies, and coordinated with the development team to resolve issues mid-protocol; I also contributed to the successful validation of Oura Ring 4 and VU-AMS Core.
