Paul Britton

Led the launch of a second-generation radar program with a 70-person engineering team, introducing a Launcher-on-Package architecture that increased detection range and angular resolution. Established a two-pronged product strategy coupling production-oriented ADAS development with an exploratory PC perception stack.

Served as radar technical lead for the second-generation autonomous vehicle platform, driving sensor maturation from component through full vehicle integration. Owned end-to-end radar hardware and software requirements, directed supplier development, and defined the technical roadmap for radar capability growth.

Served as M&S technical lead for evaluation of Electronic Attack and system-level performance requirements during competitive source selection. Developed MATLAB-based analysis frameworks to evaluate tracking performance in theater ballistic missile scenarios and delivered data-driven recommendations to the Program Office.

Developed algorithms for the Navy's next generation scalable integrated air and missile defense radar and supported verification and validation efforts. Performed analysis of sensor performance focusing on acquisition, track status, position/velocity resolution, and object classification.

Coordinated the development, test, and release of radar tracking and ML software across the product line, improving track quality and object/environment classification performance. Drove sensor fusion, grid mapping, and ML-based object detection R&D projects.

Led and developed a team of 10 Systems Engineers developing ADAS features for the Fisker Ocean, aligning system architecture, requirements, and validation strategy for production readiness. Defined team vision and technical roadmap following a startup acquisition, and organized a core engineering initiative to prototype a scalable mass-market solution.

Led the end-to-end radar program lifecycle from concept through production validation, directing cross-functional execution and advancing product maturity through coordinated hardware and software releases. Partnered with Business Development to identify strategic opportunities and delivered executive-level program reviews.
