At Colquitt Regional Medical Center, I lead clinic accounting through month-end close, intercompany balancing, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and variance analysis. I created a physician performance dashboard spanning approximately 20 providers and 30 departments, giving management integrated visibility into revenue, expenses, budgets, productivity, patient encounters, and compensation.
I bring more than 20 years of progressive healthcare and banking experience, including 12 years in financial management at Southwest Georgia Bank. I’ve resolved multi-year reconciliation discrepancies, standardized cash-posting and reserve-analysis tools, developed operating budgets, supported regulatory reporting, and trained accounting staff while providing functional oversight for two Staff Accountants.
