I code same-day surgery and multi-specialty operative notes at R1 RCM Global Pvt Ltd, assigning ICD-10-CM and CPT codes for complex procedures across the 1 to 6 series.

I focus on CPT and ICD-10-CM workflows to maximize coding accuracy, minimize claim denials, and keep revenue cycle management streamlined, while following AAPC, CMS, and facility-specific coding guidelines and annual code updates.

Before R1 RCM, I worked at AGS Health on surgery and E&M coding—covering outpatient, inpatient, critical care, preventive care, and transitional care management—using chart abstraction from EPIC, CITRIX Workspace, 3M Encoders, and the Advent Health portal.

Earlier, I completed an industrial trainee program at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd to build foundational exposure to quality control protocols and industrial processes.
