I designed HAQ, a voice-first agentic AI product for government welfare claims, supporting informal workers in 12 Indian languages. Through field interviews and usability testing, I helped raise task completion from 62% to 84% and the SUS score from 61 to 82.
As a UI/UX Design Trainee at Intellipaat Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I designed end-to-end UX across three case studies, from research and ideation to interactive prototypes. My earlier work as an ICU Nurse at Lotus Hospital, Miracle Children and Women Hospital, and Paramitha Children Hospital informs my interest in clear, human-centered experiences.
