I am a Business & Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and customer service roles. I combine technical troubleshooting skills with strong client communication to deliver reliable solutions and positive customer experiences.

During an ICT internship at a water utility I performed OS debugging, IP configuration, memory testing, and server/network installations. I later transitioned to sales and brand-ambassador work, where I introduced products to new markets and consistently pursued sales targets.

As a customer care and process officer I maintained client databases, handled pre- and post-financing queries, routed incoming calls, and captured customer feedback to recommend improvements. I have experience supporting documentation related to payment schedules, insurance and logbooks.
