At Globant, I lead quality control teams for agile software projects, coordinating test strategies, plans, environments, methods, estimates, and test-run monitoring.
I work with project managers and clients to deliver test summary reports, improve projects through automation and innovation proposals, and staff QC assignments around organizational needs. I also conduct fit interviews and mentor junior and semi-senior QC professionals.
Before Globant, I designed and executed test cases at Intergrupo S.A. for airline-sector clients, including ETL and mobile testing. I also lead bootcamps and academic programs that have delivered educational experiences to more than 700 students.
