I've delivered automation for XM, Colombia's national electricity market operator, helping drive a portfolio of 60+ processes now running in production.
At Global MVM, I progressed from intern to Scrum Master and RPA Team Lead, leading agile ceremonies, backlog prioritisation, and relationships with business units. I also delivered 14 end-to-end automated processes for ISA, combining stakeholder analysis with robot development.
I work across the complete automation lifecycle: requirements discovery, PDD authoring, business rules, REFramework development, exception handling, and production support.
More recently, I've built Microsoft Power Platform automations using Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, applying modular design and delivery standards developed through seven years of RPA work.
