Omotosho Huzzein

I’m an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and Associate Accounting Technician (AAT) with practical exposure to accounting, financial analysis, and consulting-style engagements. My AAT qualification gave me a strong technical accounting foundation, and I strengthened it through hands-on experience across outsourced accounting and financial modelling assignments. I’m also a Certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) with over two years of applied proficiency in financial modelling, valuation, and advanced Excel.

Since 2022, I’ve worked as an Independent Consultant delivering outsourced accounting, financial analysis, and financial modelling services to small and mid-sized businesses across multiple engagements. I build financial models for budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and valuation to support management decision-making, and I help clients with financial structure reviews, cost analysis, and performance tracking. I apply advanced Excel techniques and financial modelling best practices aligned with professional consulting standards, tailoring analysis to client-specific business and industry contexts.

In July–August 2024, I served as an Interim Project manager at Gazzle Nigeria limited, where I oversaw cash flow tracking and expenditure control across active construction projects. I ensured safeguarding, completeness, and accountability of company assets through periodic verification, administered the Imprest system with proper authorization and documentation, and maintained accurate day-to-day financial records. Earlier, as a Dynamics stride professionals student lecturer (March 2021–May 2024), I delivered lectures on Public Sector Accounting and Finance and supported business and financial analysis for professional decision-making.

I also bring a technology lens from my freelance role as a software consultant (Koptech Nigeria limited, Dec 2022–Dec 2023), collaborating on bespoke accounting software modifications and participating in implementation testing to validate accounting-related system models. I supported development and testing of accounting-related system models, conducted functionality tests for data integrity, and delivered end-user training on customized software features. I bring a results-first, detail-driven approach to every engagement—so clients get analysis they can act on with confidence.
