I also analyzed guest feedback to identify recurring service gaps, contributing to a process improvement that reduced complaint resolution time by 20%, while consistently meeting KPI targets.

As a Data Analytics Virtual Intern at Deloitte Australia, I analyzed business datasets to identify process inefficiencies and delivered structured analytical reports for stakeholder review.
