At Krides Mobile Application, I conceptualized, designed, and managed the launch of a campus transportation app to address student mobility gaps and improve transit safety metrics.

I used CRM and user engagement methods to track feedback from more than 500 active student users, troubleshoot app bottlenecks, and review trip data, retention patterns, and peak hours. This work improved operational workflow efficiency by 25%.

My nursing education and clinical placements have included medical tracking, patient case files, and clinic registries. For my research thesis, I developed data collection tools, aggregated qualitative and quantitative responses, and cleaned regional survey registers to inform healthcare system insights.
