I’m a multidisciplinary Product Designer who leads design strategy and execution across SaaS, AI, and emergency/fintech products—turning business goals into human-centered, data-informed experiences. Currently, I lead design for Flare (Rescue.co), East Africa’s emergency response network, where I oversee end-to-end work across core B2C and B2B2C products like Rescue.co, Roadside Assistance, and SafeTravels. I’ve driven measurable growth by building high-conversion marketing websites and sales collateral, improving purchase flows through journey-data analysis, and establishing a comprehensive design system that boosts UI consistency and accelerates engineering workflows.

Before Flare, I founded and led product design for XpressRun, a logistics SaaS that enabled same-day delivery for 490+ active D2C businesses—contributing to 1515% revenue growth (from $26K to $427K ARR) through continuous iteration and UX improvements. I also translate complex technology into usable products: at Nolea AI, I led an AI-driven talent discovery platform, designing the People’s Search (20M+ profiles from 300+ sources) and an AI Copilot that reaches 95%+ match accuracy to reshape recruiter workflows. And I’ve supported product and brand clarity across contexts—owning end-to-end UX for an AI tool for qualitative interview analysis at Umbrellabird, plus leading brand identity and product design projects at Marmalade for clients in fintech, health, and consumer goods—while bringing a strong research and design-systems foundation (including IBM Enterprise Design Thinking and UX/UI + Product Management training).
