At AnalystLab Africa, I completed a certified analytics internship and worked across Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, and GitHub. On a healthcare project, I validated, cleansed, and mapped a 5,000-record appointment dataset, then delivered a Power BI dashboard with DAX KPIs.

I found that booking lead time and prior no-show history produced a nearly 3x difference in no-show risk (26% vs. 73%). I re-validated the findings against raw data, corrected a calculation error, and documented them in the team's risk register and decision log.

I also analyzed telecom customer data to identify churn drivers and built a four-page Power BI executive dashboard for a retail superstore dataset, using seven custom DAX measures to uncover a high-sales, low-margin pattern in Furniture.

My academic projects include an adverse event monitoring dashboard using synthetic patient records, SQL analysis to flag clinical protocol red flags, and a patient recruitment and retention dashboard. I hold a Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiology and Biochemistry from North-West University.
