I'm a Certified Salesforce Administrator at GetForce, focused on Salesforce automation and integration. I configure organization-wide settings, profiles, permission sets, sharing settings, custom objects, fields, tabs, and page layouts.
I've customized Accounts, Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Chatter, reports, and dashboards. I also use Data Import Wizard and Data Loader, build workflow rules, Process Builder processes, Lightning Flows, custom reports, and dashboards.
Alongside Salesforce, I've worked as a senior manager-analyst at WILDBERRIES, analyzing markets and managing reporting. I'm a fast learner motivated to grow in the Salesforce ecosystem through hard work, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
