I’m a motivated Chemical Engineering student at the University of Cape Town with a strong commitment to academic and peer success. I bring dependable communication, problem-solving, and time management to every learning environment I support.
In my peer mentor role (2023–2024), I provided academic and emotional support to fellow engineering students. I collaborated with student wellness services and designed mentoring strategies tailored to individual student needs, encouraging exploration of academic and career development resources.
Before that, I worked as a self-employed private tutor (2018–2020), delivering tailored tutoring in Math, Science, and English while helping students build effective study habits and confidence. Through hands-on learning experiences like a chemical engineering site visit focused on wastewater treatment and municipal sanitation systems, I’ve strengthened my adaptability, teamwork, and critical thinking—and I’m eager to keep growing while supporting others through challenges.
