I’m a detail-oriented Accounts Payable and Transport Finance professional with over 5 years in FMCG finance, focused on high-volume vendor and transport payables. I own freight costing, accruals, and month-end adjustments—ensuring costs are correctly allocated by cost centre and plant in SAP.

In my current role, I manage end-to-end transport and logistics payables, reviewing and processing transport invoices in SAP against approved rate contracts. I perform 3-way matching of PO, GRN, and invoices, reconcile transporter and freight forwarder accounts, and clear GRIR items to support accurate month-end closing.

Previously, as an Assistant Accountant – Accounts Payable, I processed and reconciled vendor invoices and payments, managed accounts payable aging, and resolved discrepancies while supporting accruals and prepayments during close. I also prepared journal adjustments, supported audit preparation by compiling financial documentation, and delivered variance analysis reports to strengthen financial performance reviews.

Earlier, as an Accounts Clerk, I processed vendor invoices in Pastel Accounting, handled billing discrepancies, completed bank reconciliations, and prepared draft financial statements for management. I bring strong financial control discipline, and I’m currently pursuing ACCA Strategic Professional Level alongside a Certificate in Data Analytics to deepen how I interpret data and improve reporting quality.
