At QualityAI, I lead end-to-end manual QA for Constellation Energy’s AI Labs platforms, ChatCEG and Intelligent Flow. I design test plans and test data, including boundary and negative-path scenarios.
I refine acceptance criteria with BAs, Product, and developers so stories are testable before sprint start. I also assess release readiness and report defects with clear reproduction steps and evidence.
Across web and mobile projects, I’ve run functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT cycles. At MRM McCann Argentina, I mentored junior QA analysts and developed internal training materials; I’m also a Professional Scrum Master I.
