I’m a metallurgy-focused professional with hands-on leadership across refinery, mineral processing, and laboratory operations. I bring a disciplined, self-motivated approach to improving production outcomes while ensuring strict adherence to Health and Safety standards.
In senior supervision roles, I’ve led and trained teams of Operators and Graduate Chemists to apply 5S and QCDSM, troubleshoot process steps, and drive continuous improvement. I’ve handled metallurgical accounting, maintained detailed process records (including daily log sheet systems), and generated technical documentation to support reliable production and recovery performance.
My experience spans precious metals refining and recovery plants as well as broader processing work. I’ve supervised production departments “from Clay Preparation to Pavers(Bricks) sorting and packaging,” calculated yields and clay mixtures, and supported investigations to decrease waste and improve first-grade yields through trials and process optimization.
On the laboratory side, I’ve coordinated and tested raw materials and performed metallurgical analysis to confirm specifications and support process decisions. From chromite beneficiation testing (shaking tables, spirals, density separation, and hydrocyclones) to defects analysis and SOP-driven training, I consistently work to uncover root causes, reduce downtime risk, and strengthen operational consistency.
