I also completed transcription, captioning, and language-modeling assessments, evaluating AI responses for factual accuracy and safety. At Callaghan Insurance Agency, I processed client records in CRM databases and supported digital communication workflows; I’ve also developed web projects using React and Tailwind CSS.
