I saved a client $500,000 in utility costs at Goldfin Consulting by investigating electricity billing variations across 13 industrial plants and building a unified KPI dashboard to surface anomalies.

I also identified $40,000 in annual compressed-air leak savings, developed electricity forecast models for energy-reduction projects, and led the initial phase of a solar PV installation through vendor selection and financial viability analysis.

At Enpowered, I designed a Google Looker sales dashboard that surfaced 50+ missed opportunities, reduced sales-template turnaround from two months to one week, and facilitated Agile retros that saved 20+ hours each month.
