What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a finance leadership role where I can combine valuation rigor with capital markets and strategy—partnering with executives to drive fundraising, capital allocation, and scalable reporting/controls while strengthening decision-making for investors and boards.

I’m a finance professional with 11+ years across valuation advisory, capital markets, and operational finance—bringing strong analytical judgment and clear, investor-facing communication. I’ve supported both sides of transactions: advising on M&A as a sell-side advisor and operating as a finance leader inside venture-backed and growth-oriented environments.

Most recently, I served as Head of Finance & Strategy, acting as the CEO’s right hand while managing finance, strategy, HR, operations, and governance across a multi-country freight-tech platform. I built fundraising strategy, investor targeting, and capital structure planning across India, the US, and Turkey, while driving cross-entity planning through P&L optimization, tax structuring, and cash flow management to extend runway.

Earlier, at Safehold Inc. (NYSE: SAFE), I worked directly with the CFO on capital markets, corporate finance, and investor reporting for a $4B+ market cap REIT. I executed debt and financing transactions for balance sheet optimization, built valuation and capital allocation models for investment committee decisions, and prepared earnings materials, investor decks, and ESG-linked financial disclosures.

At EY, I led portfolio valuation engagements for PE funds managing $10B+ across industries and geographies using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies, including delivering a fairness opinion for a $640M healthcare fund-to-fund transaction. I also built multi-layered valuation models for Fortune 500 clients and supported M&A due diligence and merger modeling—then reinforced my modeling depth by training 1,500+ analysts and associates on valuation and leveraged buyout techniques.
