At SmartDocs, I delivered Smart Logistics, a gate-entry automation platform, end to end as the sole backend developer. It digitized vehicle check-in across multiple manufacturing plants, automated invoice capture and vendor/PO matching, and integrated the client’s SAP system.
I own SOCR, SmartDocs’ AI invoice-processing platform, which processes 1,000–1,500 invoices a day for 8+ clients. By fixing the causes of stuck jobs, I reduced recurring job outages by about 90%.
I also introduced invoice extraction with four LLM providers and an automatic fallback, and upgraded the platform to Java 25 and Spring Boot 3.5. I added its first automated test suite, with 120+ tests.
On CLM, I led backend delivery for a three-member team during the lead’s extended leave, writing about 85% of the code. Across SmartDocs products, I’ve designed contract workflows, streamlined procurement modules, and supported clients through production issues and go-lives.
