At Talent Neuron, I engineered a Power BI supply-demand dashboard across multiple countries, replacing manual Excel dashboards that took over 15 days per country with automated refreshes completed in minutes. I also standardized geo-data with Python and created map-based talent insights using Qlik GeoAnalytics to support workforce planning and talent acquisition.
